Pedro Guerrero has spent over two decades in close proximity to senior leadership; researching, interviewing, and engaging executives across multiple industries. With a background in leadership editorial, his work is grounded in real conversations and a long-term perspective on how organizations and leadership expectations evolve.
Pedro is a member of the Board of Trustees for Ravinia Festival, where he serves on the Governance and Executive Committees and chairs the Culture & Communities Sub-Committee. He lives in Lake Forest with his wife, Kelly, and their three children.
